Big Pho & Sushi delivers an amazing fusion experience! Their traditional rolls are perfectly crafted, and the pho broth is incredibly rich and flavorful. The salmon sashimi melts in your mouth. We love having this quality of Asian cuisine right here in Angus!

As someone who’s lived in both Japan and Vietnam, I can say this restaurant gets the flavors right. The sushi rice is perfectly seasoned, and the pho tastes just like what I had in Hanoi. The fusion dishes are creative without being gimmicky. Highly recommend!
